1. General Overview
R G P Trust is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged individuals with healthcare access, free medicine distribution, medical grants, and rural health awareness camps in India.
2. Donors and Membership Contributions
Voluntary Contributions: All donations and monthly membership contributions (e.g., ₹100/month) made to R G P Trust are entirely voluntary.
Donor Details: Donors must provide accurate personal details (including PAN for 80G tax exemption receipts where applicable).
Payment Execution: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize Razorpay and R G P Trust to charge the selected payment method.
3. Use of Funds
R G P Trust ensures that funds received via donations are strictly directed toward patient care, life-saving surgeries, medicine distribution, medical camps, and healthcare outreach programs. Administrative expenses are kept minimal and managed within legal parameters.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of R G P Trust and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
R G P Trust strives to keep website information accurate and uninterrupted. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, technical delays, or third-party payment gateway downtime.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At R G P Trust, we deeply appreciate every donor and supporter who contributes to our mission of providing medical aid to those in need.
1. Donations and Contributions
General Non-Refundability: Because funds raised are immediately allocated toward emergency medical assistance, surgeries, and rural health camps, donations made to R G P Trust are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions for Transaction Errors: In the event of an erroneous or duplicate transaction (e.g., a donor’s card is charged twice accidentally due to a technical glitch), a refund request will be considered.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you believe a payment error has occurred:
Contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date at info@rgptrust.com or via our registered helpline.
Provide your payment transaction ID, date, donor name, contact details, and proof of the duplicate/erroneous charge.
3. Refund Processing
Once verified and approved by the Trustees, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI wallet) used during the transaction.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days following verification.
4. Monthly Membership Cancellation
If you enrolled in a recurring monthly contribution program (e.g., ₹100/month), you can cancel future auto-debits at any time by emailing Info@rgptrust.com at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
