1. Refund Policy for Donations & Contributions

• All Donations are Final and Non-Refundable: Once a one-time donation or voluntary contribution is processed through our website, it cannot be refunded. Funds are immediately deployed toward patient surgeries, free medicines, and health camps for families in urgent need.

• Exceptions for Duplicate/Technical Errors: If an extra charge occurs due to a technical glitch or duplicate transaction (e.g., your card or UPI account is charged twice for a single transaction), a refund request will be considered.

Requesting a Technical Refund:

1. Email us at info@rgptrust.com within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Include your Transaction ID, Date, Amount, Name, and proof of double payment.

3. Upon verification by our team, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Membership Cancellation Policy

If you have joined our monthly membership program (e.g., contributing ₹100/month):

• No Refund for Past Months: Monthly membership contributions already paid for previous or current billing cycles are strictly non-refundable.

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your ongoing monthly membership at any time with zero hidden charges or cancellation fees.

• How to Cancel:

  • Email us at info@rgptrust.com at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment date with your Member Name and Registered Email/Phone Number.

  • Once cancelled, all future recurring auto-debits will stop immediately. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
